Security Compass commissioned Golfdale Consulting to conduct research that provides a comprehensive view into current developer views on application security training. Insights were provided on the challenges and opportunities software developers face in their secure development efforts. Specifically, it provides “deep dives” into issues of security maturity, threats, release states, gatekeeping, requirements, tools, resources, and training.

Given the importance that eLearning plays in developing secure software, this ebook provides an overview of our research into AppSec training approaches.
